Monthly newsletter launch list
Mihail Florin Gavrila operates Tax Heaven and is responsible for this newsletter list. If you submit the subscription form, we store your email address, the consent wording and request time in private storage on our Hostinger hosting account. We use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for short-lived abuse prevention; technical hosting logs may also be processed by Hostinger. No financial, passport or tax information is requested.
Email delivery is awaiting a separate Tax Heaven mailing setup. Requests remain pending; submitting the form does not currently send an email. When delivery is activated, the purpose is one Tax Heaven newsletter per month, separate from our daily website articles. Addresses are not added to other projects or sold. Every future newsletter must include a working unsubscribe link.
Consent is the basis for newsletter marketing. We retain an open request while it is needed for the launch, and a minimal suppression record where needed to respect an opt-out. You can withdraw consent, ask for access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern by contacting Mihail through the contact options on his professional website; please identify your request as concerning Tax Heaven. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. No advertising pixels or newsletter open-tracking are used by this signup form.
Sensitive documents
Do not send passports, bank statements, tax returns or medical documents through this site. Any later professional service would need a separate secure process and its own privacy notice.
